1. Contacting Support

2. Amazon Seller Integration Help
Creative Scale integrates with Amazon Seller Central through the Selling Partner API (SP-API) to import your product catalog and pricing data. This lets creators promote your products with accurate, up-to-date information.
2.1 Connecting your Amazon Seller account
To connect Amazon Seller Central:
- Log in to Creative Scale and go to Settings
- Find the Amazon Seller card under Integrations
- Click Connect and approve the requested permissions in the Amazon consent screen
- You will be redirected back to Creative Scale once the connection is complete
Prerequisites: you must have an active Amazon Seller Central account in the US marketplace (amazon.com) with at least one active product listing.
2.2 What permissions are requested
Creative Scale requests only the minimum SP-API roles needed:
- Product Listing: read your product catalog (ASINs, titles, images, attributes)
- Pricing: read current list and offer prices
Creative Scale does not modify your listings, change pricing, manage inventory, or access customer or order data through this integration.
2.3 Disconnecting Amazon
To disconnect Amazon Seller Central at any time:
- Go to Settings in Creative Scale
- Find the Amazon Seller card under Integrations
- Click Disconnect
When you disconnect, Creative Scale revokes the OAuth refresh token via the Login with Amazon revoke endpoint and deletes all stored Amazon catalog data within 30 days.
3. Other Integrations
Creative Scale also integrates with several other platforms to support creator campaigns end to end.
- Meta (Instagram and Facebook): for content publishing and ads performance
- TikTok: for creator authentication and content metrics
- Shopify: for brands selling on Shopify in addition to or instead of Amazon
- Stripe: for brand payments and creator payouts
Each integration can be connected and disconnected independently from Settings. Disconnecting any integration revokes the relevant tokens and deletes the associated data within 30 days.
4. Data Deletion Requests
If you want to delete your Creative Scale account or any data associated with a specific integration, contact us at contact@creativescale.co with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
We honor deletion requests within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
For platform-specific deletion (for example, deleting only your Amazon connection data while keeping the rest of your account), you can disconnect the integration directly from Settings as described above, or include details in your email request.
5. Common Issues
5.1 I cannot connect my Amazon Seller account
The most common cause is being logged into the wrong Amazon account in your browser. The OAuth consent flow uses whichever Amazon account is signed in.
- Open amazon.com in a new tab and confirm which account is signed in (top right corner)
- If it is not your Seller Central account, sign out and sign back in with the correct one
- Then try Connect again from Creative Scale Settings
If you do not have an Amazon Seller Central account yet, you will need to create one at sellercentral.amazon.com before connecting.
5.2 My products are not showing up after connecting
Catalog sync runs shortly after you connect, but very large catalogs may take a few minutes to fully populate. If products are still missing after 15 minutes, please contact us and include your Amazon Seller ID and a sample ASIN that should appear.
5.3 Pricing in Creative Scale does not match Amazon
Pricing is refreshed on a regular schedule. If you have just changed prices on Amazon, allow up to a few hours for the change to reflect in Creative Scale. If pricing is still stale after that, contact us.
