Creative Scale is a paid subscription platform for direct-to-consumer brands. Brands pay a monthly or annual subscription to access the creator marketplace, manage campaigns, and run paid user-generated content workflows. Creators use Creative Scale free of charge.

All plans are billed in U.S. dollars and processed by Stripe. Brands can cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Current pricing is always reflected in your account billing settings at checkout.

1. Brand Subscription Plans

Brands choose from two ongoing subscription tiers. Monthly and annual billing are available on each tier. Annual billing is discounted approximately 30 percent compared with paying month to month.

1.1 Standard plan — $149.99 per month

The Standard plan is for brands running focused, recurring creator campaigns.

1.2 Unlimited plan — $199.99 per month

The Unlimited plan is for brands scaling creator content at full volume.

2. First-Month Promotion

New brands may begin on the Unlimited plan at a promotional price of $49.99 for the first month. After the first month, the plan renews at the standard Unlimited monthly rate of $199.99 unless cancelled. The promotional rate is available once per brand account.

3. Additional Platform Fees

Beyond the subscription, brands pay creators directly for the content they commission. Creative Scale charges a 2 percent service fee on creator flat-fee payments, added on top of the creator's stated rate. Stripe payment processing fees of 2.9 percent plus $0.30 per transaction are also passed through to the brand.

Performance-based commissions paid to creators on attributed sales carry no Creative Scale platform fee. The creator receives the full commission percentage the brand sets.

4. Pricing for Amazon Sellers

Connecting your Amazon Seller Central account to Creative Scale through the Selling Partner API is included at no additional cost on every brand subscription. There is no per-ASIN charge, per-API-call charge, or upcharge for the Amazon integration itself.

Amazon Sellers pay the standard Creative Scale brand subscription described above to access the platform: $149.99 per month for Standard or $199.99 per month for Unlimited, with annual options available.

5. For Creators

Creators use Creative Scale free of charge. There is no subscription fee, signup fee, or platform fee deducted from creator earnings. Creators receive the full flat fee and the full commission percentage agreed with each brand for every campaign.

6. Enterprise and Custom Plans

Brands with higher-volume needs, custom integrations, or dedicated support requirements can contact us for a custom quote at sales@creativescale.co.

7. Changes to Pricing

Prices listed here are in U.S. dollars and may change with notice. If pricing changes affect an active subscription, we will notify affected brands by email at least thirty days in advance. The price reflected in your account billing settings at the time of renewal is always the price you will be charged.
